| W. Mark Spang, P.E. is
a vice-president of the firm and a professional engineer with over 19
years of local consulting experience in Southwest Florida. One of his
specialties is in the utilization of dilatometer testing, which often
results in clients having a significant savings in foundation costs. Mr.
Spang has performed geotechnical/construction inspection services on a
wide variety of projects in South Florida.

| Matt H. Nolton, P.E.
is a vice-president of the firm. He
brings a local presence to the firm. A graduate of the Collier
County
school system, Mr. Nolton is also a professional engineer and a licensed
class "A" general contractor. He has worked and lived in
SW Florida
since 1975. His expertise is in the fields of construction inspection,
forensic engineering, construction materials, and geotechnical
engineering. He is one of the area's leading forensic engineers
providing expert witness services for many of the area's prominent
attorneys.

| Richard P. Lundberg, P.E.
is a vice-president of the firm and is also a professional engineer. His expertise is in
the fields of general construction, construction observation, forensic
engineering, and geotechnical engineering. Prior to relocating to
Florida, Mr. Lundberg practiced engineering in Central Florida and the
New England states.
